Abstract

Punjab Mega Mall had a drop in sales once Imtiaz Mega Mall entered the Sargodha market, significantly changing the competitive environment. Restoring Punjab Mega Mall’s market share and adjusting to the new competitive landscape are formidable challenges for the executive team headed by Mr. Saim Sarwar. As competition heats up, this case study shows how crucial it is to stand out from the crowd, hold on to customers, and provide an exceptional experience to survive. Punjab Mega Mall, to thrive in the current retail climate, will need to reevaluate its long-term strategies.
