Learning objectives

There should be one to four learning objectives of the case (be specific with respect to the discipline and course for which the course is intended to be used).

Data collection methods

 Identify the sources from which case data were obtained:

 Primary data: Interview/focus group/ questionnaire etc. (requires permission)

 Secondary data: Internet sources/Public data basis/ published research and articles (do not require permission if publically available but the source should be cited)

Teaching plan and objectives

This section will include a breakdown of time for class case discussion (approximately 70-90 minutes).

 The questions should promote critical thinking, analysis, and decision-making

 The sample answers should be included. It would be preferable to include an outstanding answer, an average answer, and an incorrect answer.

 The answers should clearly mention the underlying concept or theory
