This case is about Baby Care that is a retail business of children products in Sargodha city since 40 years. The store initially started in Katchery Bazar and then expanded its operations in 2018 when it launched a standalone mall at University Road. The case is about the successful expansion and growth with the help of online selling and a shift from traditional selling to e-commerce.
